His extensive knowledge of the real estate market coupled with his keen analytical skills from the world of finance allows him to see opportunities that others might not. Patrick is a creative thinker who stays on top of the latest information, and prides himself on using his resources to gain valuable knowledge that is limited in the marketplace.

Patrick earned his BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He gained valuable client service experience in fast-paced environments including work as a Sous Chef, Summer Market Analyst in Prague, Czech Republic and Private Stock Trader prior to entering real estate. An avid foodie, Patrick is always trying new restaurants or recipes at home in the kitchen when not busy working with clients.
