Specializing in rentals and sales, Oscar works throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. He offers strong market knowledge, and makes it a priority to strengthen his expertise in all areas that play a role in real estate. This valuable resource knows the inventory, neighborhoods, even shops, restaurants, parks, nightlife, and other offerings found in the local communities.
While property is his passion, people are his business. Relationships are key for Oscar, who likes to build bonds and trust with his clients, while maintaining his fiduciary duties, providing stellar service, and making them feel comfortable. Prior to real estate, he worked in the wireless sales industry, where he did the same.
Oscar was born and raised in Brooklyn, and currently lives in Queens. He graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor's in Sociology, and speaks Spanish as a second language. Outside of real estate, Oscar is a professional guitarist/producer for 14+ years, particularly in the Latin industry. He's traveled to many countries on tour as the lead guitarist, the experience of a lifetime. Aside from music, Oscar has a passion for architectural photography and runs an Instagram account for this type of content.
