I absolutely loved working with Oren. I was out of state and had minimal time to find the right place and apply before I moved it. Oren did virtual tours with me for a few hours on a Friday afternoon and showed me dimensions the whole time to help visualize the space. I could not recommend working with Oren enough. The second I reached out to him, he was so prompt in his replies. He immediately made me feel taken care of. Oren is unbelievably good at his job. He was my agent while looking for my first apartment in Manhattan. The service he provided was unmatched and his experience really showed. I met with several agents and looked at many properties before meeting with Oren. He provided far and away the best service of anybody I had met throughout the process. From the point he began working with me, past the point that I signed a lease, he was extremely responsive and worked with me to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He was also very helpful in making sure everything came together perfectly with the lease signing and paperwork. I contacted him after seeing an apartment on Naked Apartments and he quickly responded about the apartment I was looking for along with several other options he had available. We spoke on the phone to get a better idea of what I was looking for and then we planned to meet the next day. We saw at least 15 apartments all with exactly what I was looking for and ALL within our price range. He was so dedicated to helping me find the best place for me. Once I decided to put in an application, he was on top of communicating with the apartment management and was always on call for any questions I had. I would most definitely use Oren every single time I need to look for another apartment! He went above and beyond and every property we visited he knew the management, the doormen, and all the ins and outs of every building.

Because it is one of the most competitive and intimidating markets in the world, I knew it would be challenge. I also found this enjoyable because it coincided with my doctoral training and research focus on intercultural differences. Would highly highly recommend Oren. Was in a time crunch to find a 1BR apartment and met Oren one morning and for the next few days we had a packed schedule looking for apartments. At each visit Oren was looking for critical feedback so that the apartments he showed would be more fitting for what I was looking for. Oren knows the market very well and provided access to apartments that were not officially yet listed. During the visits, as being full of surprises, Oren was speaking multiple languages (from Spanish to Bulgarian) fluently to the agents at the leasing office to residents in the elevator. In the process found an amazing apartment and even after Oren wanted to show additional apartments to make sure I was comfortable with the choice and location.Oren made himself available at every step of the way from the initial application process to the lease signing to the final walk through of the apartment. Besides the professional real estate aspect, Oren is a great person. Finding out that I was a Philadelphia sports fan during our visits, Oren generously offered a spare ticket to the Nets / Sixers game which I attended with his family. Again I cannot recommend highly enough Oren as he is a warm, friendly, trustworthy, and dependable person who has your best interests in mind.

I cannot say enough good things about Oren. He is an exceptionally hard worker and for the first time gave me the impression that the NYC real estate agent market isn't all bad. He was timely, responsive, fought for us and pushed our application forward even though it was a no fee apartment. He wouldn't accept thanks or gratitude until the job was done and the lease was signed. Not a single question went unanswered nor did we ever feel uneasy. Its like looking for an apt with a friend. I worked exclusively with Oren Rosen and he is amazing. He knows the market, he does not show you something that does not meet your criteria (therefore not wasting your time!). He has a lot of contacts at all the best buildings and most importantly he is a great, lovely person! We relocated from Europe and were in NYC for one week to find our dream apartment.
