Originally from Myanmar, Nyi Nyi obtained a BBA from the Institute of Economics in Yangon, Myanmar. After earning his degree he became a social worker for Save the Children in a rural town in southern Myanmar, where he later becoming a political advocate. Due to political turmoil, Nyi Nyi was forced to flee to Malaysia in 2005 where he was recognized as a political refugee under the UNHCR.

Nyi Nyi owes his core principles of customer service to the time he spent working at an upscale Italian restaurant in Malaysia as a waiter, where he worked his way up the latter to become manager. In 2011, Nyi Nyi decided to pay back to the organization that once helped him and became an interpreter for refugees being resettled by the UNHCR.

In 2012, he resettled to New York, through the United States Refugee Program, where he has lived ever since. He worked as a bartender at local upscale restaurants where he began to grasp the New York service industry and all that is involved in it. In 2017, he decided to use the skills he learned through his many experiences and translate them into the real estate industry. Nyi Nyi's competitive edge gives him the confidence to fit into the industry and fulfill his clients expectations.
