Nicole Godbolt-Thomas, a seasoned Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Douglas Elliman in Harlem, NY,  began her career in Real Estate in 2009. A business savvy young woman whose work background runs the gamut from Public Relations, Sales, Office Management & Administration, Hospitality, and Childhood Education, Ms. Thomas brings a variety of skills and experience to the business. This diverse background sharpened her business acumen and superb customer service skills that are put to use daily in Real Estate practice.

With the mind of a business leader and the heart of a teacher, Nicole loves to educate her clients on the rental and sales processes, and puts forth her full effort into seeking out suitable dwellings for clients looking to buy, rent or sell. She is always willing to go above and beyond her call of duty to ensure clients find that 'just right' place to call home, because "Putting people before profits" is her motto.

Before joining forces with Douglas Elliman, Nicole was an Associate Broker with Lucien Perry Real Estate, and before that, Harlem Homes Realty since 2010. Nicole also worked at the Salvation Army Harlem Temple G.A.I.N.S. After School program as a Tutor, where she still volunteers her time tutoring, as well as facilitating educational and recreational programs.

A native of Harlem, New York, Nicole attended New York University and Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland where she majored in Business Management/Administration. Still currently residing in NYC, she is eager to share all the excitement, culture and diversity New York City has to offer to all those who come seeking to make it their home.
