Nicol gets to know her real estate clients on a personal level and make them feel comfortable throughout the entire home search process. "I like to resonate with them and build a rapport," she says. "I'm also am active listener, to determine exactly what they want, and will always find a way to make things work, despite the seeming challenges."
Born in Queens and raised in Brooklyn, Nicol has lived in New York City all her life. She specializes in rentals, plus happily handles sales. Her work is mainly focused in Brooklyn and Manhattan, but she also branches out in different neighborhoods when requested.
Nicol holds an Associate's degree from Kingsborough College, then went on to earn a Business Management and Finance degree from Brooklyn College. Her career as a dance professional at Paul Pellicoro's Dancesport Studio evolved from being a student to a customer relationship team member, to a full-fledged dance teacher.
Pursuing her NYS real estate license was the perfect complement for Nicol, having worked extensively in customer service. She believes that it's not only about the sale, but the strong relationships with clients that are most important to one's success.
