His career highlights include being a member of the #1 real estate sales team in New York for 2015 (as ranked by the Wall Street Journal REAL Trends) and becoming the youngest head of a sales team in the history of Douglas Elliman real estate at just 25 years old. With those accomplishments under his belt, it was only a matter of time before Nick started his own company. Tawil & Team was founded in 2017.
Nick, born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, took a trip to visit New York as a 14-year-old and has been in love with the city ever since. That shows when you work with him. He can point you to your next favorite restaurant, park, coffee shop, boutique, and then show you the nearest nightlife before you even move in. Nick played basketball from the day that he was born through high school, and his favorite genre of music is rap and hip-hop. He moved to New York to produce music, and by the time he realized that music wasn't for him, he had already been turned on to New York. He picked up real estate so that he could afford to stay. Today, Nick lives in the West Village and when he's not working, he's sleeping.
