With a professional background in both Architecture and Real Estate Development, Mathew embodies the modern real estate professional in New York City – providing substantive knowledge in all aspects of real estate and a detail-oriented service to sellers, developers, and buyers of New York property, with nearly a decade of combined experience in the industry.
Hailing from Phoenix Arizona, Mathew obtained his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona, and his Master of Real Estate Development from Columbia University in NYC. Since entering the industry, he has been involved in over two million square feet of market rate rental, luxury condominium, affordable housing, and retail development projects in some of the largest urban markets in New York.
While practicing Architecture, Mathew had the opportunity to work on several high-end luxury homes and condominiums in Manhattan and East New York, lending to Mathew's keen eye to architectural design and space, identifying opportunities for his clients that are often overlooked.
