Morris Franco A Brooklyn native, he is familiar with long-term market trends in New York City. He specializes in high-end co-op, condo and townhome transactions.
Previously, Morris worked on short- and long-term luxury rentals and relocation for business executives and notable celebrities. His ability to guide clients through the confusing lease process through home ownership has gained him trust and built an efficient closing process. A firm believer in the idea of building friendships first and business relationships second, excellent customer service remains the cornerstone of his approach to business. Also a former tennis instructor, he brings invaluable interpersonal skills, teamwork and discipline to his work.
Morris received a Bachelors degree in Corporate Communications with a minor in Sociology at Baruch College, with a focus on Economics. His education has allowed him to approach real estate from a unique vantage point, allowing for informed client decisions.
