This was my second broker experience, and Michael was by far the best that I have encountered! I was briefly browsing available apts meeting my criteria, and sent out inquiries-he responded right away. I had some barriers that concerned me when renting, and I was upfront with him at first, and he assured me that he would do his best to get me into my chosen apt.
During the viewing of apts, he was prompt, took me through 4 different apts in less than an hour(same building), which was efficient, yet he was thorough and allowed me time to walk around on my own and take pictures. He did not pressure me into applying, and once I did, he was very prompt with communication via text/email/phone. It was a bit of a stressful week due to the landlord but Michael was reassuring with all of the issues and always professional and supportive. He did advocate for me , and I was accepted into the building!
The lease signing was prompt and quick, and he emailed me copies of everything. Finally, he assured me that he would be on hand for any move in issues, and has continued to help when I had trouble with communication between Con Ed and the apt. I am very happy wth the service and attention, and would recommend him highly!
Michael was the best agent I have ever worked with! He was diligent, responsive, not pushy (like most NYC brokers) and very honest. Even though he was showing me no fee apartments, he treated me like THE client providing great customer service! He was flexible and met me early at 8am before work so that I didn't miss out on an apartment and was very patient. He answered all of my questions and provided me with more than enough information to base my decision on going with the apartment. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking and I think other brokers need to take a page out of his book!
My son and I had the most wonderful experience with Michael as our real estate agent. He was thorough, professional, and prompt in all his correspondence with us. Most importantly he seemed to care that the apartment was the right match for us in terms of price, location and amenities even though we were "no fee" customers. Hands down without a doubt the best realtor I have ever worked with. Michael is a friend first, a realtor second. His personality is phenomenal which makes everything easier. He made himself available 24/7, even when he was on vacation, to address every question and concern we had. He nailed us the apartment we wanted within 24 hours of us viewing it. I've never seen someone work so diligently for his clients. After we moved in, Mike even brought us FOR FREE, an incredibly nice TV Stand and TV. Good luck finding another realtor who cares that much about you. Mike > all other realtors. Do yourself a favor and book him ASAP.
