My name is Aaron Austenfeld, and I’m a student from Syracuse, New York. My roommate and I were in in the process of moving to the upper east side during peak rental season. As I was scrolling through a rental service website, I noticed a variety of very well put together listings with accurate pictures, along with clear quality, and a bio for each listing naming exactly what the apartment was. Shortly after speaking with the agent, I found my self working with Maylene Garcia, and the weight of coordinating everything that I had been doing for the past month and a half was off my shoulders. Maylene Garcia was an unbelievable help for my roommate and I as she worked very hard to coordinate apartments for us to tour virtually, and in person being as we were 5 hours away. Her efforts and skills are the sole reason my roommate and I were able to secure an apartment with everything we needed. While she also helped with contacting anyone we needed regarding any issues we faced. If I were to move again, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact maylene as I know she is someone that will provide the services needed in order to secure an apartment in New York City.
