Mat Gerowitz exhibits great patience and knows how to listen to people's needs and desires when helping them find a home. His past experience as an educator gives him the valuable tools necessary to facilitate what can be a very stressful process in a supportive and seamless way.

A resident and property owner on the Upper West Side where he specializes, he is as contented in his own residence and neighborhood as he wants you to be in yours.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Mat attended Antioch College and got his Masters in Education from New York University. He has lived in New York City for over 10 years. When not focused on work, Mat is an ultra-marathoner who completed over 20 marathons and over 20 ultra marathons, including a 100 miler and seven 50 milers. He is also a member of the New York City Dads Group, an organization connecting stay-at-home dads.
