Mayer took what is normally a very stressful and tedious process and made it a much more enjoyable experience. Mayer was extremely flexible with his time, and we saw 6 apartments very quickly, even though I had only planned to see one. He knows the lower Manhattan market well, and I felt that he was trustworthy and fair, and worked quickly to get us the best deal he could. I will definitely work with Mayer again in the future.

Mayer was proactive and communicative in helping me find a great apartment. When the first option didn’t meet my requirements, he kept me in mind and shared other units as they became available. He works quickly to make sure applications get through, and was really helpful in communicating directly with the building manager on my behalf. Certainly, a broker I trust.

He moved the paperwork forward efficiently, and again, answered questions quickly so that we could move quickly on potential apartments. Finally, he helped us work with the landlord to set up payment quickly, which was a great help.
