Before entering real estate, Lydia Pappas had a successful career in finance including a role as Associate Director at Standard & Poor's where she honed in on skills in sales, marketing and client services to help create ideal solutions for diverse clientele.
She now utilizes all of her creative, strategic, and analytical skills to help clients settle into their new real estate venture. A passion for living spaces and the unique personality of each home is what drew Lydia to the real estate profession. She has a genuine passion for helping others and acts with integrity, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic.
As a native New Yorker, she has lived in several different Manhattan neighborhoods and can effectively understand and appreciate the distinguishable characteristics every few blocks possess along with the excitement, and sometimes angst, that comes with each move. She is driven to help each person find their perfect fit with a smooth transition.
Lydia has a BA in Economics and an MBA from Binghamton University. She is a long time volunteer with New York Presbyterian Hospital, Langone Medical Center, and an animal lover and rescue advocate.
