Luis Alvarez discovered his passion for real estate at a very young age. His parents owned multiple properties in the Dominican Republic, where he was born. Watching these properties being built fascinated him. He knew then, that his destiny was to work in real estate. Luis knows that finding a place to call home is a hard task. When he came to New York, 17 years ago, his family moved multiple times, not finding the right place until many years later. This is the reason why he takes finding the right place to call home for his clients very seriously.
Luis has an associate degree in Business Administration from Westchester Community College and a bachelor's degree in marketing the State University of New York at Oswego where he graduated summa cum laude. Prior to real estate he's had a successful sales career in the transportation and the finance industries.
Throughout his real estate career Luis has obtained an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. He knows how to navigate the New York real estate market extremely well and will work tirelessly for all his clients. His time in real estate has helped him established relationships that will help his clients, whether renters or buyers, always get the best deal possible. Luis also has an incredibly ability to find every single apartment available in NYC and that is how he is always able to find his clients the perfect apartment for them.
In his spare time, he enjoys, music, listening as well as composing it. He likes playing sports, from baseball to soccer, football to basketball, anything that makes him sweat. Whether you're a buyer, a seller, or a renter, Luis will not rest until you're completely satisfied.
