Lucy worked tirelessly to help find me an apartment that met my [very picky] taste within my budget. She was honest with me from the start and really seemed to put my interests first, rather than her commission.
Ultimately, I ended up finding an apartment on my own but Lucy was instrumental in helping me sort through the difficult process. She showed me at least a dozen apartments over the course of several weeks and was responsive to my many emails and texts.
She was more like a friend than a broker and for that I'm definitely grateful.
