Originally from Russia, Lilia Berzon has called New York City her home for the past 21 years. Her love for Manhattan and everything it has to offer, along with her strong desire to bring integrity and dedication to every deal, inspires her to fully devote herself to each and every one of her clients.
Lilia graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with an associate degree in Fashion Design and a bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising Management. After receiving her degree, Lilia designed clothing for both renowned fashion brands and her own fashion label. As a design consultant, she thrived on and excelled in working with people, helping others, and building relationships. She now eagerly applies those passions as a sales agent at Bond New York, bringing the same meticulous approach as she did when designing apparel to every aspect of her real estate transactions.
