Liena is the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. From the very beginning, she was extremely helpful and generous with her time. My wife and I were looking for a place that was just right - for our budget, location preferences, and space needs. She always went the extra mile, was willing to meet at times that were convenient for us, and always had a great variety of choices for us to view. And in the end, when it was extremely time-sensitive and we were rushing to get our application in before the others, she pulled through and managed to seal the deal for us. I will always be grateful to her for helping us find our perfect home!

Liena is, simply put, my dream broker. She is patient. She is upfront and won't waste your time, but more importantly you know she wants to find you an apartment that makes you (and your family) happy. Not once did I feel pressured into making any commitments I wasn't comfortable with. She was VERY quick to respond to questions and went out of her way to stay in touch with me about other listings as they became available. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Although I did not ultimately rent through Liena, I wanted to share how truly grateful I am for her professionalism and her willingness to help. It had been over 15 years since I last used a broker and the rental climate has changed quite a bit. I owe a lot to Liena for talking me through the application and guarantor process. She was incredibly efficient in getting me the information that I needed and answered my questions very quickly. She had great faith that I would have the required paperwork and she continued to look for apartments while I was getting my ducks in a row. My one regret is that I was not able to continue to work with her through the entire process as another rental opportunity became available. Liena was a dream. Her apartments were great and I found my ideal apartment very quickly. The management company was super difficult to work with but she was a champion and very diligent with following up with them and me. She went above and beyond. Even drove me to the Bronx to sign the lease.I CANNOT RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH!!!

Liena was great to work with and made a difficult process much more palatable. She's honest and professional, and definitely working for the renter. She moved quickly to push for the apartment that we wanted, kept me and my wife updated throughout the application processing period, and helped to mitigate our expectations. Liena was amazing. She took me to many apartments in Manhattan and Brooklyn. After a couple weeks she found me a great apartment in Harlem that was in my price range. She also let me use her air mattress for a week until my furniture arrived from Chicago. Until this day we still keep in contact.

She was amazing from start to finish! All of mine and my husbands question and concerns were answered within hours. She fought for the apartment we desperately wanted assertively and delicately. She was compassionate, sweet and patient through all of it. I would HIGHLY recommended her without hesitation!
