Lazar is inspired by his father's words: Make your clients happy, so not only do they come back to you; they also send their friends and family members to you for the excellent service you provide. Lazar is an honest, trustful, reliable professional who has abided by this philosophy all his professional life – and it's always proven successful.
Lazar's real estate experience began over 15 years ago when he handled his friend family investment in a co-op apartment, then in commercial real estate. Real estate has always been his passion, as is living life in general. Throughout his career, people have often said, "Lazar does everything for his clients, like he would for himself."
When he moved to NYC from the former Soviet Union, Lazar embraced the lifestyle instantly. His New York story couldn't be any truer, in fact. Lazar went from selling hot dogs in Central Park to driving a taxi cab, butchering in a local supermarket, and working his way up to CEO. He more recently demonstrated his customer service skills as a licensed insurance agent, and mortgage originator in a large financial and investment company.
Raised in Queens and formerly living in Brooklyn, Lazar calls the Upper East Side home and has excellent knowledge of Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island and other great areas of New York. He specializes in a wide range of price ranges and property types, particularly international investment property, sales, local home buyers and apartment rentals in the Upper East Side, Queens and Long Island.
Lazar holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and speaks several languages, including Russian, Persian, English and others. Outside of work, you can often find him in fitness clubs, houses of worship, and assisting local charities and community organizations.
