I've been living in the NY area for more than a year and have been hopping around several apartments; i have since realized that in order to find a place where im willing to stay for several years i need to find a competent broker; and Lazar is this
A broker not only should treat you with the respect of a person looking for a place not just and appointment number or a potential source of income. He is incredibly professional and is very good at understanding what you are looking for.
Another thing you need to look in brokers is someone that is really versed in the community you are looking in to moving.
Lazar is deep rooted in his community (Astoria) which helps when telling you about local areas and places to visit and food to eat. As we walk in around the streets it was great to see that he knew about the community and how people said hello to him in passing and not just some random guy walking in the area. I was very pleased about this and felt very confident about working with him.
We saw a lot of inventory and I really liked the choices he gave me; I was very happy about this.
I wholeheartedly recommend to use his services; he will help you find your ideal place to call home.
