I have been a real estate agent for 18 years and have had the pleasure of working with buyers, sellers and renters.
I am now doing mostly rentals because I enjoy working with people who are looking to rent an apartment-many for the first time.
We meet at our office first and then set out, keys in hand, to search for the perfect home. It's great exercise and keeps me in touch with millenials and other age groups. I believe I learn as much from them as they learn about the current marketplace for rentals.

I also spent 10 years in broadcast journalism at NBC and ABC. It honed my writing skills and was exciting to go anywhere in the five boroughs with a camera crew, write a script for the anchors or reporters and see it go on air by 5PM so I am aware of how important timeliness is.
