Starting out as a salesman in the garment center, has worked as a Ticket Broker and is now a Licensed Real Estate Agent for 7 years. Larry specializes in renting "No board approval" apartments and has done over 400 rentals. Larry also knows how to sell Co-ops. He knows how to do a board package and can get your home sold in 90 days. Larry lives & works mostly in Queens NY, but is willing to go to the ends of NY & the earth to help you! Larry is also an artist, sculptor and jewelry designer. Larry likes riding his bicycle and spending time at home with his Persian cat Garfield.
