Finding the perfect piece of Manhattan real estate takes persistence. A veteran negotiator, Kristin's attention to detail and dedication to her clients allow her to champion their needs in the search for their dream home.

Born and raised outside of Atlanta in a little town called Powder Springs, Kristin developed an affinity for athletics and the outdoors from a young age. She often hiked in the Appalachian Mountains near her home and trained as an Irish dancer for 11 years. High school and college football culture were central to her upbringing, and helped make her decision to attend The University of Mississippi, affectionately known as Ole Miss.

Kristin developed her strong negotiating skills as a media buyer for Hyundai and Kia. Dogged and attentive, Kristin didn't need long to master the art of negotiating deals for advertisements with television stations. When she visited Soho to interview for an advertising role, she decided to make New York her home. As a MEIER agent, Kristin brings her listening skills and business experience to every client she partners with.

Though she's a New Yorker now, Kristin hasn't shaken her love of the outdoors. She enjoys exploring greater New York and new areas of learning in her free time. She studies Russian, practices her guitar playing, writes creatively and runs and hikes regularly.
