Kosta was fantastic to work with. We had contact with many different brokers and Kosta was BY FAR the least pushy and best to work with. He is patient and willing to work with you, whatever your preferences. For two days straight Kosta toured my roommate and I around the city, putting off other commitments simply to help us find an apartment. In the end, we found a great no fee apartment and Kosta has remained in contact with us, even after the process has finished. If you are moving to New York, you must get in contact with Kosta. 10/10 recommendation.
