Kobi Lahav joined Mdrn. Residential team after nearly 8 years of previous experience working in New York real estate. Kobi was born and raised in Israel, receiving a law degree (LLB) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and then going on to work at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein - one of the top law firms in Tel Aviv  where he specialized in public offerings, private investments, and large international transactions. His years of experience as a corporate attorney sharpened his formidable analytical skills and provided him with an extraordinary work ethic, thus preparing him to excel in the real estate industry. Kobis easy manner and outgoing disposition invariably establish a sense of comfort and confidence in his clients, and he is always focused on working hard to serve their best interest, whether they seek to rent or to purchase a property. Having moved to the United States from abroad, Kobi is especially sensitive to the needs and difficulties of clients who may be relocating to New York, and he is eager to assist in what can otherwise be a complicated and stressful process.
