My job is to get You the best apartment, at the best price, in the shortest amount of time! It used to be "location, location, location"! However, today my adage, is "location, pricing and timing". I see 10 apartments a day, so You don't have to! That's 50/wk, 200/month. So, when I bring You 3 apartments, I have already exhausted the other 27. With a less than 1% vacancy rate., when you find the right apartment, You'll know! However, apartments are like relationships, rarely does one ever get 100% of what they want; and You have to be willing to compromise. My advice to renters is to have your paperwork in a package, all ready to go. The reason being that there are literally dozens, if not hundreds, of people competing for that same, 1 apartment!

... means that landlords adore qualified applicants who move expeditiously! So if you have a landlord who demands 40x's the rent, You make 70x's, and another applicant makes 50x's the rent, but his paperwork is complete. they stand a significantly better chance of securing the apartment before You.!"Time is money!"
