Born in Brooklyn, raised in Long Island, and living in Manhattan or Brooklyn for the past 20 years, Kim Pellizzi is the quintessential New Yorker. Her knowledge of all aspects of city life translates seamlessly in her approach to guiding clients.
An organized and versatile agent, Kim's sound judgment helps her negotiate even the most difficult transactions with a positive and balanced approach. A successful sales and rental team leader, Kim's previous career in Human Resources and Facilities Management at a major multinational financial services firm afforded her excellent opportunities to develop skills in people management, relocation assistance, and corporate-side commercial real estate. Kim decided to take this skill set and translate it to running a real estate team which was a natural transition for her.
A graduate of Hofstra University, Kim also attended classes at Fashion Institute of Technology and Hunter College.
Kim is also very interested in New York City history, and loves to tell her clients historical tidbits about their neighborhoods. She has traced her ancestry to the first New Yorkers in the family, immigrants from Italy, living in the West Village in the 1920s, and recently saw the rental of an apartment in the same building her grandfather was born in, across from the church where he married Kim's grandmother!
