Ken is the Principal Broker and owner of Listings Realty and has been a Licensed Broker/Salesperson and IT professional with a combined 20+ years of experience in both fields.
As multi-talented creative entrepreneur who is also an expert in the technology industry and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Ken is also a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He holds a Certificate in Property Management from the New York Real Estate Institute and has proven track record of success in Sales, Marketing and IT operations in startups and the tech industry.
Originally from southeastern Pennsylvania, he has lived in the New York area most of his adult life. He attended Pace University where he obtained a B.A. in Psychology and Computer Science, and has worked professionally in Salesforce, IT Consulting and Network / Systems Administration.
Ken personally built the Listings New York brand and oversees all aspects of the company's sales and marketing operations, from its website design, SEO and advertising, to handling individual listings. He is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
