Throughout his educational and professional life, Kenny has enjoyed helping people with their home improvement and housing needs. Communicating with home seekers to find their dream place to live is of utmost importance when he is conducting residential rental, purchase or sale transactions.

Kenny's experience and knowledge are motivated by his passion for service, and willingness to go above and beyond for those in need. This has been evidenced in his decisions to travel the country and globe to assist the less fortunate, and learn about their culture and lives.

In addition to volunteering and traveling, Kenny enjoys participating in all different types of team sports as well as staying fit and active. He loves the beach in summer, skiing and snowboarding mountains in winter, and is extremely interested in art, especially sculpture and ceramic work.

Kenny grew up around Philadelphia, but family, people, opportunity and real estate drew him to New York City. He graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics, and has studied and volunteered in Cusco, Peru. One day, Kenny plans to help aid people with housing issues all over the world.
