Kenneth Yap has a unique adaptability in calling this city home. Born and raised in Malaysia, he has developed an understanding of what it means to be a true New Yorker in just a couple of years. Having lived in downtown Manhattan with his family in a tiny apartment, he knows the struggle of how uncomfortable and unsatisfying it can be living in a shoebox apartment in the great Big Apple. With his experience and knowing many have the same, Kenneth feels passionate that every person that works hard during the day, deserves to rest peacefully in their cozy home at night.

Combining the Hospitality Management textbook knowledge learned from the classroom, with the interpersonal experience he has gained from previously working in the Food and Beverage industry, Kenneth has the skill set to effectively understand and efficiently assist and service clients with their Real Estate needs.
