A New York City resident for over 23 years, Karina has lived in Brooklyn since 1999. She specializes in the Bay Ridge area as well as Park Slope, Sunset Park, Gowanus and other neighborhoods. Her fortes are customer service, conducting business with integrity, and building long-term client relationships.
Karina attended Columbia College and holds a B.F.A. from the Mannes School of Music at The New School. She also the recipient of an International Business Club Award in 2017. In free time, Karina loves exploring the diverse neighborhoods, cultures and architecture of Brooklyn (both the long-timers and new arrivals), and is involved with animal rescue.
