Kariena Sonnee, born and raised in New York City. Obsessed with all things fitness, clean eating, animals and real estate. Before beginning my career in real estate, I sporadically moved to Miami, Florida - I wanted a new experience. While living in Miami, I finally decided that a career change was necessary and attained my real estate license. The brokerage I began working with primarily focused on investment properties - Having built a strong, investor client-base, I was able to sell over 100 investment properties in only 15-months. Now back home, I am focusing on my true passion of residential and commercial real estate throughout New York City. Moving three times in just three years, I know firsthand how complex this process can be.
