Justin Van Auken was born and raised in New York City. Growing up in Brooklyn and then moving to Manhattan for college he truly knows the ins and outs of New York City. He has also been through the rental process numerous times himself. As such, he understands the difficulty of the process of buying or renting a home and he knows how it feels to get a home that suits your preferences and needs.

Justin's time in the field consisted of him working with distressed homes helping home owners to clear liens off their property and process short sales. Following that he worked at platinum properties finally turning the tables for Justin. There he was able to master the rental process from an agent's perspective.

Core to his business is the value attached to his clients. He has a keen eye for detail coupled with an ability to understand each of his clients' profession and personal situations and tailor to their specific needs.

He holds a major in Business Economics at Pace University. Justin credits his ability to stay afloat in the business world to his expertise's working in a fast paced environment and incorporating new skills into day to day business operations.

Aside from real estate, Justin engages in investing, with his most recent project being a partner in a small private investment fund. When he is not working he enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures. "A healthy mind can only go far without a healthy body". Adding to his love and passion for physical fitness.
