Born in the Dominican Republic, Julio moved to the New York when he was five and quickly became a New Yorker through and through. Julio speaks fluent Spanish, and earned a degree in Accounting from New York City College of Technology. His career path has always involved demanding customer service roles, which made Julio immediately comfortable in real estate.
