Originally from El Paso, TX, Julia graduated from Pace University's downtown campus with a BBA degree in Advertising and Promotion. Her entry into residential real estate began in an administrative role, and not long after Julia fell in love with the business and got her real estate license. Her background in business working for a variety of different companies has helped her cultivate the interpersonal, organizational and negotiating skills necessary to excel.
Though her concentration is Park Slope, Julia works with clients in and is familiar with the surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods. "No budget is too small or large for me," she says. "I treat every client the same and am happy to work with you no matter what your particular needs."
A New York City resident for over a decade, Julia currently resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn. She loves the fact that one can never get bored with so many different cultures, people, restaurants and attractions all around you. One of Julia's other favorite hobbies besides exploring the city is exploring recipes. She has also participated in various runs for charity and completed the 2013 NYC Marathon.
