Maybe it's his multicultural background-born to Italian and Colombian parents-or maybe it's his excellent work ethic, but Juan Osorio sets himself the task of finding out what his client wants and then working hard to deliver it.  

His ability to understand the needs of his customers set him apart from others and put him on the fast track to success. Working with Tech Giants like Google and Beats by Dre, Juan Ranked #1 In the country in his marketing role. Launching Products and bringing them to market was his main focus and surely, he delivered. As a leader of sales teams, he was soon seen as the "go to" individual for people who were anxious to learn from him.  That work gave him great satisfaction. But soon opportunity came knocking in the form of a customer-she happened to be a realtor-who thought he would be a natural in the world of real estate. Because real estate was something he'd always been interested in, Juan jumped at this opportunity for change and growth, and his customer became his mentor.    

Juan brings the talent and ability she saw in him to Blu Real Estate. Having Learned Riverside Boulevard, getting acquainted with the staff and learning the units. He's excited to be working with his clients, helping them find homes, especially in those areas where he has great familiarity: The Upper West Side and most particularly Riverside Boulevard.  

As a native New Yorker Juan enjoys biking and eating around the city. But most importantly taking care of his 3 dogs, 2 Miniature schnauzers (Luca, Rocky) and his French Bulldog (Tito) Juan Loves to travel which recently includes trip to Italy.
