Born in Houston, Texas, Josie spent her earlier years in the Dominican Republic then moved with her family to NYC at the age of 14. She attended high school and college in the city, studying biology at CCNY, and has lived in both the Bronx and vibrant Brooklyn.
From volunteering at local hospitals to working in different retail and dining establishments to selling real estate throughout NYC, Josie is well familiarized with the area and culture.
