Joshua was born and raised on Manhattan's Lower East Side/East Village area where he still resides. Spending his whole life downtown has made him passionate about the area and an expert in the diverse neighborhoods – particularly the East Village, Greenwich Village and the West Village.

Joshua is New York through and through. He attended Chelsea Vocational High School and graduated from LaGuardia Community College, then spent 10 years working for the United States Postal Service in the same neighborhoods he now serves. Wanting to be even more integral in the city he knows and loves, Joshua decided to enter real estate. What better way to share his valuable insight on NYC and help people find great homes at the same time!
