Joshua Larris is a rental agent along with being a commercial leasing broker specializing in tenant representation who advises and negotiates for tenants on a wide range of matters including relocation, expansions and lease restructuring. Joshua is familiar with all Manhattan geographical submarkets, and his ability to consistently negotiate the best deals for his tenants has made him a highly sought-after broker in New York City.

Prior to joining Bond New York., Joshua worked at a boutique real estate firm, focusing on representing small to midsize renters as well as firms. During his career, he has built strong relationships with many of the city's landlords, which enables him to leverage those relationships to provide clients the best possible service. He is passionate about the real estate business and is proud to have been able to successfully assist his customers with their complex real estate needs on a consistent basis.
