"I provide full-service, concierge and advisory services to my clients utilizing finely-honed communication skills, to make sure they are catered to and taken care of from the first contact to closing and beyond."
With many years of high-end, personal-touch customer service experience, Josh never wavers from his commitment to meeting the unique needs of every client. He holds himself to strict standards in terms of the level of attentiveness and follow-through he provides. "I want my buyers, sellers and renters to feel catered to; feel like they are the most important people in the world to me - which they are." Personal relationships built on trust, honesty and expertise have always been at the heart of his success. Josh previously owned and ran a private personal training in Los Angeles, but was drawn to come back home to New York.
This third-generation New Yorker was born in New York City and raised in New Jersey just over the George Washington Bridge. He graduated from Manhattanville College with a B.A. in Business (with a focus on Management) and concentrations in Political Science and Theatre. When downtime allows, Josh enjoys live music events, playing his guitars, spending time at museums and galleries, as well as movies and theatre. As a lifelong athlete, he is also passionate about ice hockey, tennis, and skiing.
