With the utmost professionalism and passion for real estate, Jose feels "you should never look for a place to live in, but a place to call home." He knows better than anyone it's more than just doors, windows and walls, it's the emotion of walking in and feeling at home.
Born and raised in NY, Jose has always had a love for the city he was raised in. Having gone to school at Lehman College concentrating on Business Administration, he was unable to continue due to some of life's challenges but never stopped educating himself. Having been introduced to retail sales for a privately owned company based out of New York, he was able to quickly excel to top producer and eventually getting into management. As he launched his career within the company he not only managed the business to great profits but in turn was able to cultivate and lead a team to one of the company's most successful stores in Manhattan.
Growing tired of the retail sales model and it not being consumer oriented, Jose received an opportunity to go into the financial industry to expand his broad business acumen. Being able to work along side a great team and moving forward within the company, he lacked the passion for the business that he desired. Taking all the experience he had gained throughout his life and career, he leaped into real estate. Having a previous passion for real estate and going through the rental and buying process, Jose can first hand understand the clients needs.
Taking his philosophy and approach that the client should feel comfortable at all times and make their decision based on what they feel is right, Jose brings his work ethics and professionalism to Home New York which always are in the client's best interest.
Aside from enjoying working with his clients, Jose is does a number of things to have a level his work and life balance. From playing piano to relax, to a number of DIY in his own home, all the way to his love for Motorsports, he always finds a way to have fun when he can.
