Jonathan has decades of experience trading on the front lines of the financial markets. He has been a member of the American Stock Exchange, the New York Mercantile exchange and has run a successful hedge fund. His financial acumen has consistently identified growth sectors that translates into identifying opportunities in the real estate market. He possesses a depth of knowledge of economic indicators from a variety of platforms and understands how that can affect both commercial and residential markets. Jonathan is excited to dedicate his skills to work with each client from beginning to the end of a transaction. He will assess the best property to fit their needs.

He is intimately familiar with the public and private school systems around the city. His sons were among the first to graduate the prestigious PS 89 in Battery Park City, and Jonathan played a major role in raising funds to set up the library. He is energetic, and a great listener. He is able to see the big picture, assess the needs of a client, and work tirelessly to find the right solution to any challenge. In his personal life, Jonathan is a passionate tennis player, a former marathon runner and first and foremost, dedicated to his family.
