As a people pleaser, Jonathan is not happy unless his client is happy. He loves interacting and helping to create great experiences. Jonathan has strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical business practices. He enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge of NYC's special neighborhoods to enlighten clients on what each has to offer.

Jonathan focuses on rentals in Manhattan but is happy to travel anywhere in the city. He resides in Washington Heights, where he rents a spacious walkup with his wife and cat, Frank. Born in Minnesota, Jonathan moved to Singapore at age two. He lived in Southeast Asia until moving back to the US at 18.

Jonathan received a Bachelor's in Theatre and Drama from University of Wisconsin. He toured the country directing musical theatre productions, then worked in the restaurant industry in service and management. His most recent position was managing Carmine's in Times Square, the fourth largest restaurant in the country.

Jonathan speaks Thai, and enjoys outdoor activities like camping and hiking. His love for theatre, which was once a career, has become a hobby, and he regularly attends performances of all kinds.
