Joe has 3 plus years of direct experience working in Real Estate where his main responsibilities were maintaining investor relations with large pension and sovereign wealth funds as well as high net worth individuals. He graduated from Monmouth University with a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting. His passion for New York City started from a young age when he would work in front of his father's 8Th avenue pizzeria selling Italian ices.
