Joe Banda grew up in New Rochelle, NY and currently lives in Hamilton Heights. He is passionate about maximizing value for each real estate client and building deep relationships. His experience in finance, client services and technology has provided him with the necessary skills to understand the complexity of markets while fulfilling client needs.
Prior to joining LG Fairmont, Mr. Banda was Vice President (VP) of Business Development and Finance for a software development company focused on the hospitality industry. A consulting engagement for a real estate investment and development firm provided relevant industry exposure and sparked his interest in becoming a real estate professional. Early in his career he worked as VP of Client Services in fixed income trading operations and as an Equities Trader.
Joe holds a B.S. (dual major) from Northeastern University in Finance & Insurance and Management Information Systems and an MBA from IE Brown (Brown University & IE Business School - Madrid, Spain). When Joe isn't working, he enjoys adventure travel, mentoring students and playing sports.

We recently closed on a 2 bedroom apartment on Madison Ave after almost a year of painstakingly searching for a place. We must have looked at over 40 apartments until we found our current place, however through all those visits Brett was extremely patient. From the very beginning Brett took the time and effort to understand the kind of apartment that would fit our needs and likings and he was very diligent in only sending us really good listings. He provided us with several listings throughout the week so that we could focus our time and efforts in visiting as many open houses as possible on Sundays. He was never pushy unlike many other real estate brokers we had previously worked with. He always provided us with his very honest and candid feedback.
