Jessica has over 17 years of sales, marketing and management experience. She utilizes all of the skills she's accumulated over the years to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that be to buy, sell, or rent a property in NYC.
Prior to moving to NYC Jessica started her real estate career 10 years ago in the DC Metro area, close to her hometown in Maryland. After honing her skills in that market she decided to take the leap to move to Manhattan in search of new opportunities & challenges, as well as to enjoy all of the experiences this city has to offer.
Jessica loves all of the new people that real estate brings into her life, as well as strengthening her existing relationships over time. Jessica has a strong referral business, based on the great experiences her clients have had with her, as well as the results she's gotten for them. The majority of her landlord accounts, as well as the buyers she works with, have come from referrals.
Jessica takes advantage of new media to market properties in innovative ways. She's found great success adding these new platforms to traditional real estate marketing to connect buyers & tenants to the right property for them faster. Jessica doesn't just believe in creative solutions for marketing a property, but also for getting two sides to agree on a deal. Her ability to navigate her clients through difficult or complicated transactions with grace has been instrumental to her success.
When Jessica isn't running around showing apartments, or on the phone negotiating a deal, she's probably in the kitchen cooking some new recipe she wanted to try or out in the city with a glass of wine enjoying a good meal. She also loves to get out of the city to hike to waterfalls and explore new places. She is an avid reader and organic dark chocolate enthusiast. In 2019 Jessica co-founded a women's networking group to connect women looking to support each other's growth in their careers & businesses. She's found synergy in her personal & professional life which makes her excited to continue waking up each morning to work in this business.
