Jeremy was a pleasure to work with, a genuinely nice guy (especially compared to the other aggressive or rude brokers out there), very helpful and attentive, and was able to negotiate well for us. We didn't end up renting through him because we ended up moving in to a friend's apartment, but I 100% recommend him and will use him again in the future!

Jeremy is great! He made time outside of the work day (9pm) to talk on the phone with us, and clearly explained the application process, as well as the steps he would take to try to work with management to lower the rent. He also spoke on the phone with my Mom, who said she also enjoyed speaking with and learning from him. All in all, I'd highly recommend using him as your broker!

Found a great apartment on short notice. Very accommodating--was able to meet between my roommate's busy schedules. Friendly as well. Would definitely recommend going through Jeremy for apartment rentals.
