Real estate Representative Jennifer Nanda (Evans) has built a notable track record of carefully educating her clients and guiding them to success, aided by her genuinely caring attitude and unfailing persistence. Formerly a critical care nurse, Jennifer sees many parallels between her former field and real estate. "Real estate and nursing both allow me to support and help people. My experience as a nurse created a strong foundation for complex problem solving in high-stakes situations and for being compassionate to individual needs."

Real estate has been a part of Jennifer's life since childhood, so it's no surprise she turned to the profession full-time.
"Real estate has always run parallel to anything else I did in my life. My parents flipped and renovated houses, and I've bought, renovated and sold my own properties," she says. Today, she puts her lifelong real estate experience work finding the perfect New York City homes for her loyal clientele.

Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in nursing as well as an MBA. Originally from Philadelphia, she currently resides in the Financial
District where she enjoys its incredible accessibility and its proximity to the waterfront.
