Jen Lee is the Executive Manager of Sales and principal broker of BLU Realty Group. She is a firm believer in the values of the company: honesty, integrity and respect. Jen mentors an amazing group of real estate agents at BLU, so they can serve their clients to the best of their ability. She also brings the same level of care, concierge-level service, guidance and concern to her own clients.
Prior to helping New Yorkers find their perfect apartments, Jen managed publishing, retail and manufacturing projects for brands like Golf Magazine, Golfonline.com, and Macy's. Her extensive sales, marketing and business development experience across industries lets her think "outside the box'' to close the deal. Jen received her Associate Broker license only one year after entering the industry, which is an almost impossible achievement.
Jen has a successful record of apartment sales and rentals throughout Manhattan (from Battery Park City all the way up to Washington Heights), with over a decade of experience at both large and small real estate agencies. She uses her management skills to guide buyers through the complicated Manhattan buying process, and negotiates firmly and fairly on their behalf. Jen also markets exclusive properties for sellers and landlords, with a strong focus on finding the most financially qualified person for each unit.
A native New Yorker, Jen grew up in Queens and attended Hunter College High School on the Upper East Side. She has a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College, with a concentration in American Politics. Jen has been a resident of Harlem for over a decade with her husband and two mutts.
