Jed Wilder's passion for real estate has been lifelong, thanks to his grandfather being in the business. He later found his own success specializing in rentals and sales on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, but having lived in NYC his entire life has given him broad knowledge of all the different neighborhoods.

Prior to joining Citi Habitats, Jed began his real estate career on the commercial side of the business doing commercial sales and leasing. He also worked with distressed assets and debt, so has diverse experience in various areas of the  market. "Over the years I've learned how to successfully work with all types of clients and handle a multitude of situations," he says. "I've also developed great relationships with landlords, owners, my industry peers, and of course, my clients."

A native New Yorker who lives on the Upper East Side, Jed studied at the University of Arizona and Baruch College where he graduated with a degree in Corporate Communications. He has been in real estate ever since, and is extremely devoted to his clients. "My happiness will come from the happiness of my customers."
